Housing With Services (HWS): Means you are renting "housing" from our agency, while also buying our comprehensive healthcare services. To ensure quality, we are solely providing services to clients without our agency's specific homes. Below are some of the services our clients receive with our HWS contracts.

Finding the right home and agency to care for you or your loved ones can be a very daunting task. Our educators and care providers are passionate about providing quality information and guidance throughout this process. Below are some frequently asked questions.

01. Do you have a standard housing contract?
Yes. We provide a standard housing contract for your review during admission. The contract stands alone separate from the comprehensive care services.
02. What housing options and costs do you offer?
The price varies by space and number of occupants. One example, for families with a fixed budget, we recommend semi-private rooms or suites. We also offer discounts for couples or relatives living in a private suite. Prices also vary based on your city or county. Our housing options and prices are provided during our initial meeting.
03. Can housing services be terminated?
It is our mission to provide world class services for all our tenants. Our intentions are not to displace any tenants. However, we also have to be mindful of disruptive tenants. Our staff is trained on techniques to help our tenants live harmoniously with others. However when interventions are not effective, we will help tenants find residence elsewhere.
04. Are there any client services restrictions?
We are a comprehensive care service provider, and to-date, there are no restrictions in place. Our care services range from independent to assisted to total care. Clients will be informed if we are unable to provide suitable staffing and/or trained personnel for a specific service.
05. Do we offer opportunities for religious or spiritual practice?
Yes. Our tenants are able to practice their faith freely. Depending on your service package, we also offer the opportunity to transport residents to their place of worship. Our only policy is that residents, or the families of residents are not allowed to impose their personal faith, spirituality or beliefs onto other residents or staff.
06. What opportunities and policies exists for tenants/residents and families to make recommendations about the building and services?
We provide survey, and opportunities for our tenants and their families to provide us feedback and suggestion as to how to improve the quality of the services we are providing.
