01. I or my family member need care, where do I start?
Congratulations! accepting that you may need help from care professionals, is the first step. The next step is to call at 507-322-0020 or email us at care@glazoncare.com. We will make an appointment with you and do an assessment of the care need.
02. Are you only Private Pay or Do you Take Government Insurance?
We take both private and local State (medicaid) insurance. For example, we are licensed through the Department of Human Services and are certified with Home and Community Based Services (which is what reimburse for Elderly wavier, CADI wavier)
03. Home much do you charge?
Thats a great question, we have a basic base charge based on the size of the suite/apt or room being requested which is a fixed cost. We also charge based on the level of service needed after or full assessment.
04. Do You have any vacancy?
Yes, we will continue to have vacancy for people who unexpectedly need care services and is looking for an acute placement. Because of the high demand for our services, we encourage you to reach out to us even if you are not yet ready to receive service. It is important that we perform an assessment and place you on our waiting list.
05. What is your staff to residents ratio?
We believe that in order to improve the quality of our services, we must have a low staff to resident ratio. At current we have a 1 staff per every 5 resident ratio.

01. Do you have a standard housing contract?
Yes, we will provide you a standard housing contract to be review and during admission. The contract stands alone separate from the comprehensive care services.
02. What will it cost me to live in your Housing?
The price varies by space and number of occupant. For example, for families with fixed budget, we recommend semi-private rooms or suites. We also have discounts for couples or relatives living in a private suite. The price also varies based on your city or county. Please note, all price will be provide during our initial meeting with you.
03. Why could the housing with services ask a tenant to move out?
It is our mission to provide a world class services for all our tenants. Our intentions are not to displace any tenants. However we also have to be mindful disruptive tenants. Our staffs are training on techniques to help our tenants live harmonious with others. When intervention are not effective, we will help tenants find residence elsewhere.
04. What are limitations on services a client can receive from us?
We are a comprehensive care service provider, at current we do not have any specific limitations. Our care services range from independent to total care. If we are unable to provide suitable staffing or trained personnel on a specific service, we will let you know.
05. Do we offer opportunities for religious or spiritual practice?
Yes, our trained staff will help off you the opportunity to practice your faith. Depending on your service package, we also offer opportunity to transport residents to their place of worship. Our only policy is that, resident, or family of residents are not allow to impose their personal faith, spirituality, believe onto other residents or staff.
06. What opportunities and policies exists for tenants/residents and families to make recommendations about the building and services?
We provide survey, and opportunities for our tenants and their families to provide us feedback and suggestion as to how to improve the quality of the services we are providing.

01. Why Did You Start This program?
We started this program, because we saw the need in our community. Our Seniors will frequently request our assistance in helping them understand a smart phone or other piece of technology. As a result we've decided to make our training program official.
02. Are you courses Free?
Yes, for the most part, we will offer free courses through out the month to seniors who need it. However our more advance courses my cost anywhere from $15 per class to a $50 dollars.
03. Can I enroll my parents in your course?
Yes, we've love the opportunity to tutor your parents on how to use their technology of choice.
04. How often do you offer classes?
Currently we are planning on offering classes 4 times per month, usually Friday Evening or Saturday afternoon. The detail of the times will be available when each class opens up.
05. Do you offer private lessons?
